General Policies from Military Uniform Supply, Inc., for the MilitaryClothing.com website.
We normally process and ship orders placed on our website within 24 business hours (no shipments go out on Saturday & Sunday or Holidays) from the time your order is received for in-stock items.
If an item is currently out of stock or on backorder such that we do not believe we will meet your requested delivery date, we will send an email (to the email address given with the order) and provide the customer with his/her alternatives such as partial ship, backorder, etc.
Custom products, such as name tapes, flight badges, etc., usually take longer. See the individual product description for estimated production times.
We can ship via USPS Priority to all 50 states including Alaska & Hawaii, Military APOs & FPOs, as well as Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. A freight surcharge will be added to the above charges for overweight and oversize items.

Return Policies
30 Day Return and Exchange from the date the customer receives his/her order. For merchandise to be returned or exchanged, it must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. Exchanges are charged for all subsequent shipping & handling fees. Personalized items such as custom name tapes, flight badges are non-returnable items.
SPECIAL HOLIDAY EXTENSION FOR ORDERS PLACED between October 13, 2011 through December 24, 2011. Exchanges & Returns can be made through JANUARY 31, 2012.
For merchandise to be returned or exchanged, it must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. Exchanges are charged for all subsequent shipping & handling fees. Personalized items such as custom name tapes, flight badges are non-returnable items.
